Val Neicu is the Founder and CEO of SmartSKN, an intelligent skincare company at the intersection of AI, robotics, and Korean beauty science. With a background spanning beauty, technology, and brand strategy, Val is focused on reimagining skincare as a personalized, on-demand experience, designed around real skin data rather than mass production.
Under her leadership, SmartSKN developed a proprietary system that combines AI-powered skin analysis, a robotic mini-lab, and clinically targeted formulations blended fresh for each individual. Her work emphasizes transparency, inclusivity (especially skin of color), and ethical use of AI in consumer health and beauty.
