With over 25 years of experience, Hugo is a seasoned hairdresser, educator, and education trainer recognized for merging technical precision with strong creative vision. A NAHA finalist, his work spans editorial, entertainment, and runway hairdressing, with experience across high-fashion and media-driven environments. He has led an advanced creative haircutting program at a prominent academy in New York City and, for over a decade, co-led Session Skills hairstyling trainings focused on editorial work. Internationally, Hugo has trained and developed educators in Moscow, Germany, Spain, and Italy, mentoring professionals to elevate both their craft and their creative confidence on a global stage.
