Bumble and bumble
Philip Wolff is a Los Angeles–based master hairstylist and educator known for precision cutting, creative versatility, and a deeply human approach to hair. Born in Landstuhl, Germany, and raised throughout Europe before moving to the U.S., Philip brings a global perspective to both his craft and his teaching.
He began his career at 20 as an apprentice at a Toni & Guy concept salon in Maryland, later working at Beverly Hills Privé Salon and internationally in Seoul, South Korea. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2004, Philip became a trusted stylist to A-list talent and entertainment executives, including Kim Kardashian.
In 2010, Philip co-founded WolffBehr Education with his brother, Chief Behr, establishing himself as a leading authority in haircutting. Philip has collaborated with global brands including Matrix, Brazilian Bond Builder, Bellami, and DESIGNME, and has built a large, highly engaged global social media following through his educational content and cutting expertise.
